Everyone is welcome at CyclePath Fitness. As long as your feet reach the pedals and your hands reach the handlebars while you're in the saddle, you can join the movement and get unleashed.
We suggest you wear a tank or t-shirt and form-fitting athletic shorts or pants. If you need a shirt, we have plenty of CyclePath Fitness t-shirts for sale in the studio.
No, you can wear regular sneakers and use the toe clips or, you can bring cycling shoes with SPD cleats and ride clipless.
Just like any new exercise, always consult with your medical provider before starting CyclePath Fitness. Our classes are a full body workout combined with a rigorous cardio experience. You determine how hard or easy your work out is, always listen to your body during class. Your safety comes first; immediately notify your Cycologist and/or seek medical assistance if you feel nauseous, dizzy, or lightheaded at any time during or after class.
CyclePath Fitness workouts combine cycling and bootcamp style beat driven classes. Our workouts are tailormade to be highly effective, high-intensity, and low-impact. We encourage every fitness level to workout with us.
CyclePath Fitness classes are challenging and tailormade for fun. Your Cycologist will encourage you through all-out bursts of high intensity, heart-pumping exercises followed by short periods of rest. Cyclepath Fitness classes are quick and efficient; providing you with the results you're looking for - like weight loss, improved strength, and better all-around health.
