    INDOOR CYCLING BOOTCAMP CLASSES IN city center NEWPORT NEWS

    RHYTHM AND TERRAIN

      Get ready to experience the ultimate party on the bike with our high-energy 'Rhythm and Terrain ride! This class blends the thrill of the open road with the pulse of choreography, all set to a hot playlist that will keep you moving. Expect dynamic climbs, exhilarating sprints, and groove-filled moments that push your limits while keeping the energy sky-high. Whether you're feeling the beat or crushing the hills, this ride is designed to leave you sweaty and smiling. Let’s ride!" 

    BIKE BOOTCAMP

     Get ready for the ultimate fusion of strength and stamina in Rhythm & Terrain Bike Bootcamp! Expect a mix of intense climbs, speed bursts, choregraphed moves on the bike, paired with strength and conditioning work on the floor. Whether you're pushing through heavy resistance or powering through bodyweight and dumbbell exercises, this class will challenge you! Full body workout!

    HIIT AND HILLS

    Enjoy the pleasure and the pain that comes with high-intensity interval and hill rides with two strength sessions. We saw and heard the endorphin chasers among us and created this class just for them. 

    ENDURANCE

    Come get sweaty and remedy what ails you with this interval-packed ride.  If you like a challenge in each block of work then this class is for you. No weights required, just you and some great energy.

    BEGINNERS RIDE

    Tune in to the beat drop and stay for the enlightenment of a steady pace and two lightweight training sessions. Build on the basics with this inspiring but challenging class. 

    WARRIOR RIDE AND FLOW

     Warrior Ride and Flow Ride to the Rhythm, where we cycle to energizing beats and push through our limits.. After the ride, step off the bike and into a  30-minute Yoga Flow to stretch, restore, and reconnect. All levels are welcome—come for the sweat, stay for the serenity.
